When You Need a Bail Bond

If a defendant or their family or friends do not have the funds for the entire bail amount, a licensed bail agent can post a bond for the entire amount of the bail. In Visalia, bail bonds can be arranged by either the defendant or their family members. The defendant or family members only need to pay a premium rather than the entire bail amount.

At Absolute Bail Bonds in Visalia, a bail bondsman will explain the bail process and help you through it. During these hard economic times, we know it’s important to make bail bonds affordable. So our bail agents will arrange a convenient payment plan at 0% financing if you need it.

When the premium and collateral, if needed, are arranged, the bail agent will post the Bail Bond with the jailer so the defendant is released quickly and easily. The defendant will be advised of all scheduled hearings and will meet with the bail agent to review the bail agreement.

Who is Absolute Bail Bonds?

We have been licensed Bail Agents in California since 1987. In Visalia, bail bonds services are handled by Andy and Gloria Moreno, who started Andy Moreno Bail Bonds. When they decided to retire from the bail agent business, we continued their bail agency. We are proud of our affiliation with such upstanding community members.

Our Goals and Mission

Our bail agency’s goal is to treat our bail bond clients with respect. Our bail agents strive to inform and educate both the defendant and all indemnitors involved by clearly explaining their responsibilities as listed in the bail bond contract.

Our company’s mission is to provide for our clients fast, confidential and courteous service during the bail bond process.

We have held a Visalia bail bondsman license in the State of California for over 25 years. To ensure professional service, we recommend you only work with a licensed Bail Agent.
